Enrolment options

The Impact and Engagement Pathway is for learners seeking to develop their skills in the areas of patient engagement, knowledge translation, health policy, and implementation science. Learners will explore how to develop meaningful collaborations with patient partners, translate research findings to cross-sectoral areas, and understand how to work with individuals with lived experiences. Learners will be required to participate in self-paced modules through the RISE platform, attend online sessions to discuss topical areas of inquiry, read and critique literature, attend the annual symposium, and establish a working relationship with a mentor.

Learners who are interested in creating positive change in communities, learning how to proactively communicate and collaborate with patients and participants in research settings, and understand health policy implementation, are encouraged to participate in this pathway.
