
This program aims to help you build foundational skills and knowledge to manage living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) as you move through life's several transitions.
This course was designed by Dr. Sara Ahola Kohut (Hospital for Sick Children) and Dr. Laurie Keefer (Mount Sinai New York) for the PACE IBD TRansition for Adolescents & Young Adults ImplementatioN (PACE IBD-TrAYN) program, which is led by Dr. Eric Benchimol (Hospital for Sick Children), Dr. Natasha Bollegala (Women's College Hospital), Dr. Nancy Fu (University of British Columbia) and Dr. Melanie Barwick (Hospital for Sick Children).
