Making significant strides refining the new KBE Model
The KAIROS Blanket Exercise (KBE) Team is pleased to share that it continues to make good progress in refining the new KBE model. Thank you again to all of our KBE community members who took time out of their busy schedules and provided a tremendous amount of feedback to help us rebuild the KBE program into one that we are proudly shaping together.
Since concluding our community engagement forums in July, the KBE team followed up with forum participants to gather more insights, using a variety of formats to further inform the model. In addition to responding to questions asked during the forums, and replying to emails received after the feedback sessions, the KBE team also invited participants to complete a post-forum survey and share supplementary input using the Padlet platform.
Based on the rich information gathered during and after the stakeholder sessions, the KBE team spent the next few weeks synthesizing this feedback – identifying common themes and opportunities that would elevate the KBE program to better serve the needs of our communities. The KBE team will share their findings with KAIROS management, as well as other stakeholders, to validate and finalize the updated KBE model to ensure that all the necessary elements are in place for it to move forward successfully and sustainably.
Next steps
Once the new KBE model is finalized, the KBE team will hold follow-up sessions with forumparticipants so they are informed about the finalized model and the approach we will take toimplement it within our communities, as well as obtain any further feedback.
